Scarborough Yoga has partnered with Chiropractic Family Wellness Center to provide yoga, Chiropractic treatment, acupuncture, and massage all under one roof. Scarborough Yoga offers a class for everyone from Yin yoga to gentle flow to Vinyasa. Classes are reasonably priced and they even offer a periodic 30-day yoga challenge.

Blue Hill Center for Yoga in Blue Hill offers yoga classes with a view. From the studio, you can view the Atlantic Ocean while perfecting your Warrior One. Classes are available daily and workshops are available biweekly. Massage is also available on site.
The Bay Club is Portland’s premier full-service fitness center with a gym, indoor cycling studio, boot camp classes, and an in-house yoga studio. Studio Zen, the Bay Club’s yoga studio, was recently renovated and offers daily yoga classes and Barre Dia. And, the Bay Club offers Portland’s only rooftop yoga sessions on Tuesday and Thursday during the summer months.
