Join us for Auburn's 2022 Winter Festival!

WinterFest looks a little different this year, with COVID restrictions and crowd size limitations. But winter in Auburn is still AMAZING! The City of Auburn urges you and your family to GET OUTSIDE and enjoy the magic of winter...

Schedule:

2:00pm - 6:00pm: Lost Valley Frozen 5KM and Winter Duathlon

At Lost Valley | Hosted by Baxter Outdoors | KID FRIENDLY | $30

Join us for the Lost Valley Frozen 5km Snowshoe and Winter Duathlon. This race will feature a 5km Snowshoe race or a 10km Snowshoe/Cross Country Ski Race.

Racers may choose from a solo 5km snowshoe race, a solo 10km snowshoe/nordic ski duathlon, or a team 10km snowshoe/ski duathlon

Both the snowshoe and ski course take place on a winding course, with moderate elevation gain. Both courses begin and end at the LV base lodge taking a counter-clockwise loop around the property. All racers will begin with the snowshoe at 9am. Duathletes will begin their XC ski leg AFTER their snowshoe leg. Winners will be awarded with a smattering of prizes from Baxter Brewing Co and Lost Valley. Stick around the outdoor firepit afterwards for awards and beers from Baxter and LV!
